Who We Are

Kevin Boehm has been actively involved in Chattanooga’s real estate industry for over 20 years, with experience in development, real estate management, leasing, brokering, and construction management. Boehm and staff focus on developing, redeveloping, and re-purposing properties to realize their highest and best use through various in-house development companies.

Boehm’s real estate experience includes developing a wide range of properties in the greater Chattanooga area, including residential, retail, office, and industrial sites for various uses. Projects range in size from a 4,000-square-foot building on a quarter of an acre to mixed-use developments on 20 acres. When possible, Boehm prefers re-purposing properties for the neighborhood's benefit. In addition, Boehm works with the National Park Service to rehabilitate historic buildings to the Department of the Interior's standards when such buildings are available.

Currently, Boehm owns and is in the development stage of over 450,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 200 residential units, with ongoing projects in neighborhoods such as Downtown, South Broad, Hamilton Place, and Southside. In addition to his work in Chattanooga, Boehm has expanded operations into other Southeastern states and is now engaged in select International projects. He continues to broaden both the reach and impact of his development efforts.

A cornerstone of Chattanooga’s Southside development, Boehm specializes in the art of adaptive reuse. By breathing new life into historic structures like the Pickle Barrel, he ensures the city’s past remains part of its future. His passion for Chattanooga’s heritage is matched only by his philanthropic commitment to the local community, supporting vital organizations like the Hunter Museum, ArtsBuild, and the Boehm Birth Defects Center.
